Report: Browns Still Have Interest in FA WR Dez Bryant, Who Claims He’s Got an Offer from Cleveland

It’s been quiet on the Dez Bryant front for a few days since his visit to Cleveland last week, but according to one NFL Insider, the Browns interest in coming to terms with the free agent is still in place.

Michael Silver from NFL Network reported on NFL Total Access Thursday evening before the Browns defeated the Super Bowl Champion Eagles 5-0 that the team still wants to ink Bryant, and are hopeful they can come to a deal.

Bryant, while he’s stated over and over his interest in coming to Cleveland, has yet to come out and say what money wise he might be looking for.

He did write on his Instagram on Thursday evening that he literally has a contract offer from them in his phone from the Browns.

If this is true, then the ball is clearly in Dez’s court if he wants to come to Cleveland or not. If not, then it’s a ploy to try and get a deal elsewhere.
