If you need an offensive skill position player this is a great year to look at Penn State. With other big names being a part of their offense Hamilton is a name that can go under the radar. He is one of those receivers that is not going to blow you away with athletic numbers but clean routes will get him open a ton. Athletic ability will fade quicker than great footwork and then add in his character in the rebuild for that program and someone will get a steal.
