Manziel Cited Saturday Morning for Driving with Expired Plates

Tom Withers of AP reports that Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was cited Saturday morning (before his flight to Vegas to play the role of ‘Billy’) for driving with expired license plates.

It’s not been a good week for the quarterback, who first flew to Vegas on Saturday and tried to cover it up with an Instagram photo of him and his dog, and then he missed a scheduled treatment on Sunday, the morning of the Browns final game of the season.

Then came the ‘Billy’ saga, in which it was discovered that Manziel dressed up in a blonde wig and paraded around in Vegas telling people his name was ‘Billy.’

Then last night the marketing agency that represents both Manziel and LeBron James dropped the quarterback.
