LeBron takes over as Cavs topple Nuggets; three takeaways

DENVER– The Cleveland Cavaliers started out their six-game road trip on a high note with a 113-108 win over the Denver Nuggets.

LeBron James took over down the stretch (more on that in a minute), scoring the team’s final nine points and ending the night with a game high 39 points to go along with 10 assists and eight rebounds.

Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets with 36 points, 13 rebounds and six assists.

The Cavs will head to L.A. to take on the Clippers Friday. For now, here are three takeaways from their late-night win in Denver.
