COLUMBUS, Ohio – Eight Ohio State Buckeyes are headed to Indianapolis at the end of month to participate in the NFL Scouting Combine. They are: QB C.J. Stroud, OT Paris Johnson Jr., OT Dawand Jones, OL Luke Wypler, WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, DE Zach Harrison, CB Cameron Brown and SAF Ronnie Hickman.
The combine, which takes place at Lucas Oil Stadium, begins with on-field workouts Thursday, March 2 and runs through Sunday, March 5. Live coverage on the NFL Network will start at 3 p.m. each day.
Ohio State’s 2023 contingent increases the total number of Buckeyes who have been invited to the combine to 86 over the last 11 seasons, including a nation’s-best total of 69 in the last eight seasons (there was no combine in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic). The Buckeyes have had three or more players at all nine positions invited to the combine over the last 11 years.
