Delly? Dirty? Say it ain’t so! Matthew Dellavedova Voted Dirtiest Player in the League

Cavs point guard Matthew Dellavedova was named the dirtiest player in the NBA in an anonymous poll done by the Los Angeles Times, which surveyed 24 coaches, assistants and NBA players.

Delly received 13 of 24 votes. The next closest player was Steven Adams with seven votes.

For what it’s worth, Dellavedova has done an admirable job guarding Warriors point guard Steph Curry, and we are sure to see that matchup throughout the night Monday night at the Q.

Delly is in the midst of a breakout season on offense, shooting 43 percent from three-point range, (just one percent behind Curry) and has cemented himself in Head Coach David Blatt’s rotation as the backup point guard behind Kyrie Irving.
