CLEVELAND – With Cavaliers media day next week and training camp getting set to open up, the team has come to terms with veteran Austin Daye on a one-year deal according to Yahoo.

The 6-foot-11 small forward played college basketball for Gonzaga before being drafted 15th overall by the Detroit Pistons in the 2009 NBA draft.

He played in 26 games with the champion San Antonio Spurs during the 2014-15 season, and was waived by the team in January of 2015. He went on to sign a deal with the Atlanta Hawks, and appeared in eight games with them, averaging 3.3 points per game in nine minutes.
