BARBERTON, OHIO– On Friday, the Barberton boys’ basketball team beat Collinwood, 96-52.
The Magic were unstoppable on both offense and defense, and it seemed that every time Collinwood had the ball, the Magics would take it away from them and score. The top scorers for the Magics were Jordan Greynolds with 27 points, Garrett Turnbaugh with 20, and Jordan Soyars with 17.
“It was good win for our team and being able to play all of our players,” head coach Jack Greynolds Jr. said of the Magics’ effort.
Collinwood would not give up, however. Their top scorers were Va’Shonne Hemingway with 24, Jayshon Bester with 11, and Trejuan Bester with six.
