2017 High School Football Preview: North Ridgeville Rangers

In 2016, the North Ridgeville Rangers struggled through a 3-7 campaign, with four of their games against teams who would eventually qualify for the state playoffs. This year, the Rangers look to bounce back and make the playoffs. Head coach Luke Durbin spoke to NEO Sports Insiders and gave his thoughts on the upcoming season.

“We have a lot of guys back, so we’re pretty battle tested.” said Durbin. “We return a lot. We have a long way to go, but we a shot to make a run.

Here are the key players to watch out for:

RB Shomari Williams (Sr.)

FB/LB Jamir Malone (Sr.)

TE Forrest Croxton (Jr.)

MLB Michael Richmond (Jr.)

What will it take to compete in the Southwestern Conference?

“We have to improve every week, be fundamentally sound, and stay healthy.” Durbin added.
