Our NEOSI teams makes their predictions for College Football

NEOSI folks have made their selections for our chosen games this weekend.

Last weekend saw Jayson, Kory and Bill tie at 6-2 for first place. If Texas had somehow finished off the win, Bill would be in first!

So our slate of games is harder this week. Ohio State against Toledo, The “U” and Texas A&M, Auburn and Penn State, UC and Miami in the battle for the Victory Bell, Texas Tech and NC State, and Colgate and Penn.

We decided to attempt some local games, too, like Long Island University and Kent State and West Liberty vs Notre Dame College.

Miami v UC – since 1888!

But this weekend is for Miami and UC. Right now, they are tied in the all-time series record at 59-59-2, with UC running on a 16 year undefeated streak! This is the oldest NON-CONFERENCE rivalry in all of college football. Imagine that day in 1888! A stunning 0-0 tie! And still going strong!

Want to win a bar bet? Ask what was the first college football game played in the state of OHIO? Yep…Miami vs UC!
