The staff of NEOSI would like to congratulate Amherst running back Khennedy Scagliozzo for winning this week’s Player of the Week award. Fresh off leading Amherst to a 41-0 win over Westlake to close the season, the choice was easy!
There is no doubt this young man has had a tremendous season, and this past Friday at home against Westlake was no different. Scagliozzo was a one-man machine yet again, as he finished the night with 213 yards rushing and three touchdowns. He also tossed two completions, one of which went for a touchdown as well.
Congrats to Khennedy on a fantastic week and season!
