Johnny Manziel Indicted by Grand Jury in Dallas

According to KRLD-AM in Dallas, former-Browns Quarterback Johnny Manziel has been indicted by a grand jury in Dallas County, Texas.

Here is an excerpt from the original report:

“Sources in the Dallas County District Attorney’s office tell L.P. Phillips of KRLD-AM, Manziel has been indicted by a Dallas County Grand Jury on a misdemeanor assault with bodily injury charge.”

The report also reveals that Manziel and his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, reached an out of court settlement and Manziel is barred from any contact with Crowley until at least February 3rd, 2018.

Manziel is also not allowed to possess any firearms while the protective order is in effect.

While Manziel has already been dropped by multiple sponsors and multiple agents, no NFL teams have been linked to signing him heading into the 2016 season as of now.
