Dan Gilbert Invites Charles Oakley to Sit Courtside for Knicks-Cavs

Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert invited former-Knicks star Charles Oakley to sit two rows behind him (practically courtside) at Thursday night’s nationally televised game between the Cavs and Knicks.

Oakley, a native-Clevelander, went through a well-documented fight (physical and verbal) with the Knicks organization, especially team owner James Dolan.

He’ll be sitting right behind the Knicks bench.

What Dan Gilbert did for the man called “Oak” allowing 2 sit next 2 R owner just goes show U all what a kind & caring human being Mr. Gilbert is. It’s a lesson in respecting & treating people the way U would want to be treated. Nicely done, Dan! GO CAVS!
