BEREA, Ohio – After a four year battle with brain cancer, Cleveland Browns VP Bryan Wiedmeier has died.
He was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer in 2012 and only given 15 months to live. He far surpassed that original sentence.
He spent 35 years in the NFL, 29 of them with the Miami Dolphins in various roles. He joined the Browns in 2010. He is survived by his wife and five children.
