Shortly thereafter, the Tigers got a pick six to take a 13-0 lead with 5:50 left in the first quarter.

In the second quarter, with 8 minutes left, the Tigers scored on a 22-yard touchdown pass to Aiden Beresford to take a 20-0 lead.

With a little more than three minutes to go in the first half, the Tigers running back Jack Gellin got the first of his two touchdowns as Chagrin Falls took a 27-0 lead into halftime.

“Offensively we got a lot of good looks,” said Gellin. “The first one (touchdown) was a short one, just kind of pounded it in. Everybody did their blocks, their assignments. The second one,(there was a) pretty open hole, took it home.”
