2019 Week One High School Football Schedule and Rankings: Greater Cleveland Conference

The 2019 High School Football slate is set to kick off in just a few days, and that includes the Greater Cleveland Conference, which last season saw the Mentor Cardinals again in the postseason with a mark of 9-1, winning a pair of playoff games before losing to St.Ed’s, their week one opponent.

Euclid was also a playoff team, and they fell to St.Ed’s the week before Mentor did, and are hungry for another big season. Solon was a third playoff team, they fell in the first round to Canton McKinely.

Strongsville was a fourth playoff team, they fell to Mentor in the first round of the postseason 38-7.

Below is the week one schedule, any game without a time or date is on Friday night with a kickoff at 7pm.

Mentor at St.Edward (Thursday, August 29th)

Euclid at Glenville

Hudson at Solon

Strongsville at Berea-Midpark

Garfied Heights at Shaker Heights

Cleveland Heights at Medina

Lorain at Brunswick

Elyria at Midview
