Honoring the Memory of “The King” Arnold Palmer

In memory of Arnold Palmer (1929 – 2016);

Arnold Palmer passed away September 25, 2016. Palmer was one of a kind. He was a gentleman on and off the course.  He was King of Golf in his hay-day.  He was a worldwide ambassador and spokesperson to the game of golf and was respected and loved by all.

Not only known for the name of the delicious beverage, Palmer will forever be remembered for not only his play, but his charity work, and charismatic presence that always put a smile on your face.

I am too young to remember much of Arnold and his playing career, but seeing him host his own invitational, have his own commercials, and the interviews he would be a part of would truly warm my heart.  Even I knew he meant so much to the game of golf, and he will be truly missed.
