Week 6 NEOSI HS Football Player of the Week Results

The fans have spoken, and we have what some may consider an upset winner. Bringing in 82% of votes cast, Scotty Fox from Mentor is your NEOSI Player of the Week.

In a 35-14 win over Brunswick, the sophomore QB was 32-47 for 265 yards and five touchdown passes. The win moved the Cardinals to 3-2 on the year and 1-0 in the Greater Cleveland Conference. This week, Mentor hits the road to take on GCC rival Medina (5-1).

As always, congratulations to our other three candidates on their impressive performances: Hudson Devins (Berea-Midpark), Darreon Fair (Cleveland Heights), and Sam DeTillio (Avon).

Week 7 kicks off Friday night with an action packed schedule across the area. See an impressive performance? Let us know on Twitter and your pick could be one of next week’s candidates!
