3. Special Teams: The Browns have struggled on special teams this season. In fact, you can argue that it is worse than last season. For the Browns, it’s pretty simple: control the field on the special teams. Flip the field and don’t allow big returns from the Chargers. That makes life easier for Baker Mayfield and the Browns offense to go to work and put together scoring drives. It will also allow the defense to have more room to work with and the Browns can play more aggressive.
