Monsters Fall To Charlotte Again, 4-3

The Cleveland Monsters played Charlotte for the second time in two nights. The Monsters fell again 5-3.

Sonny Milano started the game off right for Cleveland, scoring at the 6:57 mark. Oliver Bjorkstrand made it 2-0 after his goal at the 13:57 mark.

Jordan Maletta would stretch the lead to three after his goal at the 3:08 mark in the second period. Charlotte would fire back with two consecutive goals late by Phil de Giuseppe (16:36) and Andrej Nestrasil (16:45) to make it 3-2 going into the third frame.

Charlotte scored three times in the third period to steal the win late, with two of the three goals scored by Lucas Wallmark.

Cleveland looks to turn it around against Rockford on Wednesday.
