Love Drops 38, Cavs Handle Heat 108-97 For Ninth Straight Victory; Three Takeaways From The Victory

 2. LeBron Receives First Career Ejection- LeBron James has done nearly everything there is to do in the NBA and tonight he accomplished another achievement. However, The King won’t go boasting about this milestone to anybody anytime soon.

After getting hacked on a shot late in the third quarter, James let the officiating crew hear his gripe and paid the price, being hit with a double technical which sent him to the locker room earlier than expected.

“That particular play I got fouled all the way up the court, from the time that I stripped him all the way till I got to the rim,” James said after the game on the play that eventually got him sent to the showers. “That’s what it was about. I said what I had to say and I moved on but he decided I should get two of them. It is what it is. We got the win and that’s what’s most important.”

James still finished with 21 points, 12 rebounds, six assists, and five steals in 28 minutes of play. Not a bad day at the office for the best player in the world.
