After controversial comments from Fox News’ Laura Ingraham yesterday regarding a video LeBron James and Kevin Durant were featured in speaking on a wide range of topics, the King has responded in an impactful way.
Late Friday night, LeBron went to Instagram and posted a picture with a simple message: “I am more than an athlete”. James posted a caption underneath the picture with a hashtag of “wewillnotshutupanddribble”.
James was told by Ingraham to ‘shut up and dribble’ because no one voted for him to speak on political issues. Ingraham also said that James didn’t finish high school, an incorrect statement. A huge response in outrage has been sent Ingraham’s way in support of LeBron since the comments.
