Browns Wide Out Odell Beckham Not at Practice Due to Illness

The Browns are without their top offseason pickup today, as Pro Football Talk reports that Odell Beckham is not on the field due to an illness.

The report says that “There was no further word on the nature of the illness or when the Browns anticipate that the wideout will be back on the field.”

With Beckham on the sideline, PFT reports that Jaelen Strong and Derrick Willies are playing with the first team offense.

Also on the field are receivers Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins and Antonio Callaway, as the team gets ready for their first preseason game Thursday night at First Energy Stadium against the Washington Redskins.
