Avery had 230 tackles for the Tigers and 44.5 of those were for a loss on the play. The senior also finished his collegiate career with 21.5 sacks.
Avery will probably become a rotational linebacker for Cleveland, who already featured a core of Christian Kirksey, Jamie Collins, and Joe Schobert.
