What a night for the lady Rockets. In a tough game against Madison Comprehensive the Lady Rockets came away on top to move on to the Regional Finals. Maeve Johnston had an incredible game in goal making some unbelievable saves to help her team advance.
The goal came in the last 15 minutes of the game when Haylee Duffy took a free kick about 20 yards out. Kealy Sullivan received the ball at her head and knocked into the upper right hand corner to put the Rockets on the board.
The lady Rockets had to fight hard to keep on top and they did just that. They advance to the Regional Final (top 8 in Ohio) on Saturday.
They will play Wapakoneta on Saturday. The place and time is to be determined still.
