Chris Rock’s Opening Monologue at the 2016 Oscars Was Perfect – See the Video!

Chris Rock laid down one of the most memorable opens in Oscar history on Sunday night, taking the situation about there being no African-American actors up for the best actor or actress award head on.

The hashtag #OscarsSoWhite was trending on Sunday night, and Rock was in rare form during his opening speech at the annual event, with some memorable looks in the audience as well.

If you missed it – trust me, take 10 minutes of your life and enjoy the video of the open – you won’t regret it.
