The Lady Rockets of the Bay Village Varsity Volleyball squad faced Elyria Catholic in their own gym tonight, in a conference match up and came away with the victory,
It was an impressive performance as they beat the Panthers in 3 straight games.
The Rockets were paced by Julia Kuh who led the scoring with 11 points followed by
Lauren McClure with 10,
Maggie McAndrews with 7,
Leila Psota with 6,
Halle Dieterich and Helen Rice with 4 each.
A great night for the varsity ladies of Bay Village volleyball as they approach the stretch run of the 2017 season.
The freshman fell short losing in 2 games 22-25 19-25. Leading scorer was Jessica Medley with 6 points.
The JV team won the first game 25-18 and then fell short in the next 2 games22-25 20-25. Reegan O’leary was high server with 12 points.
The lady rockets travel to Normandy on Thursday for another conference match up with the freshman starting at 4:30.
