Undefeated Start Comes to an End; Cavs Fall to Hawks 110-106

The Cavs lost for the first time of the 2016-17 season on Tuesday night, falling to the Atlanta Hawks 110-106.

Cleveland trailed by 11 at the half and could not overcome the slow start.

Paul Millsap hit clutch shots down the stretch, finishing with 21 points.

Point guard Dennis Schroder scored a career-high 28 points and Kent Bazemore knocked down four three-pointers, finishing with 25 points.

Dwight Howard grabbed 17 boards in the win.

Kyrie Irving scored a game-high 29 points, while LeBron James put up 23.

The Cavs are back in action on Friday night, when they take on the Washington Wizards.
