Report: 13-Year-Old Girl Shot in Downtown Cleveland Shortly After Cavaliers Parade Festivities

Multiple outlets are reporting shots fired near East 4th and Euclid in Downtown Cleveland. Over 1 million people are estimated to be downtown for the Cavaliers festivities and witnesses described hearing multiple shots, causing a stampede of citizens to run out of the casino and out of Tower City.

Police and EMS have been on the scene and police say a 13-year-old female was shot twice and the wounds are not fatal. Police have one person in custody.

The shooting occurred shortly after the Cavs rally at Mall B ended, hours after the parade was over.

Police are searching for a second suspect.
