PREVIEW: Cavs take on Celtics to begin 5-game road trip

BOSTON– The Cavaliers (25-12) are on the second game of a back-to-back as they take on the Eastern Conference leading Boston Celtics (30-10) tonight in Boston. While Isaiah Thomas put up 17 points in 19 minutes against Portland last night in his first game of the year, the Cavs will be without him tonight. There is still plenty of drama and intrigue surrounding this one, however. Check out everything you need to know about the latest installment in this Eastern Conference rivalry.
