1. Little prime time action

Tonight, will not be the only time the Indians and Red Sox will be on national television. In the schedule change couple weeks ago by Major League Baseball, they select these two team to compete on Sunday night baseball on ESPN this Sunday. But, who knows, this may not be the only time we see the teams on national. With playoffs starting next month, this could be a potential ALCS matchup.

2. Trevor Bauer is back

Well, it’s been too long that the Indians fans have seen the starting pitcher Trevor Bauer on the mound. But, tonight he’s back! Bauer’s last start was on Aug. 11 when he was hit in the right leg and suffered a stress fracture. Manager Terry Francona says Bauer will only pitch a couple of innings before he turns it over to starter Shane Bieber. The plan is that Bauer will pitch Tuesday,  the last game of the season, Sep 30 if no setbacks.

3. Make it count

This is a big deal. As said earlier, Tribe will be in front of their fans for the last time on the regular season before playoffs hits. Look like the Indians will be the third seed and will face the winner of A.L. West. Tonight it starts against Red Sox starter Chris Sale. In 18 starts, Sale is 5-8 against Cleveland in his career.
