The Boston Celtics career of Kyrie Irving has officially begun, and it’s still hard to believe that he won’t be wearing the wine and gold anymore.
A lot of Irving’s younger fans have taken the fact he won’t be in Cleveland anymore especially hard, but that didn’t stop one young fan from wearing his Cavs jersey Friday night to the Celtics home preseason game against the 76’ers in Philadelphia.
Love or hate Irving at this point, you have to love the attention that Kyrie gave to the young fan, giving him his sneakers and then signing them for the fan.
This again despite the fact he was wearing Kyrie’s old number two of the wine and gold.
