Hudson @ Shaker Heights Hockey Post Game Interview

Story by: David Randall

Shaker Heights, Oh– After a 7-1  victory over the Hudson Explorers, Coach Bartley of the Shaker Heights Red Raiders and I had a chance to reflect on the game where his team did not allow a goal after the first period. Coach Bartley felt like his team had some “jitters” for their home opener in league play. The fans were rowdy and raucous tonight as you could feel the energy in the crowd. When I asked Coach Bartley about the overwhelming crowd support he replied by saying, “Our fans are great, they come out and support us no matter what.” It was a great night for family, fun, and hockey especially for the home team as they walked away with the runaway victory.
