BEREA,OHIO – Berea-Midpark faced unbeaten Amherst and battled to a 0-0 tie.
The defense anchored by Rachel Buxton, Kylie Davis, Kayla Reece, Anna Satow and Kelly McCarthy battled all night against a quick Amherst counter attack. Sophomore goalkeeper Bridget Satow earned two saves in the draw.
The game was delayed by lightning with 9:13 left in the game. When play resumed, the Titans pounded seven shots on goal in the closing minutes, but could not find the back of the net.

The Titans will travel to Brecksville-Broadview Heights Monday September 11th. JV to begin at 5 p.m. and Varsity to follow at 7 p.m.
