1) TE David Njoku
When Cleveland drafted Njoku he was one of the youngest players ever selected in recent years regardless of round. He will enter his sophomore season at the ripe age of 22. That means his frame is still filling out and he still has time to get adjusted to the NFL game. The reason he was a first-round selection was because his raw physical abilities. As a big athletic TE, Cleveland needs him to be a playmaker in the red zone. He got buried on the depth chart at times last year but will enter 2018 as the starter. Drops and blocking were two of his glaring weaknesses from his rookie season that need to start being cleaned up if he wants to be the next star TE from the U.
