Results From Day 3 of the Parma Holiday High School Hockey Tournament

PARMA, OHIO – Day 3 of the Parma Holiday Tournament is in the books. The round robin tournament awards 2 points for a win and 1 point per period (0.5 points per team if they tie the period). Here’s a recap of the Day 3 action:

Amherst Comets 10, Holy Name JV Greenwave 1
JJ Light (HN) – 38 saves
Seth Duncan (HN) – 1 goal
Jacob Kramer (AMH) – 4 goals, 6 assists
Jacob Fekete (AMH) – 4 goals, 4 assists
Tyler Waldecki (AMH) – 3 assists

Amherst earned 5 round robin tournament points with the win. The Comets have earned 15 total points and have a clinched a spot in Saturday’s championship game at 8:30pm against Parma.

Mayfield Wildcats 3, Brooklyn Hurricanes 3
Jason Edmonds (BKN) – 40 saves, 1 assist
Aaron Wrost (BKN) – 2 goals
Gavin Supek (BKN) – 1 goal
Hunter Jeppe (MAY) – 1 goal
Priscilla Richards (MAY) – 1 goal
Nick Maurer (MAY) – 1 goal

Both teams earned 2.5 round robin tournament points in the tie.

Parma Redmen 10, NDCL Lions 0
Matt Antczak (NDCL) – 31 saves
Gianna Gaudino (PAR) – 2 assists
Mason James (PAR) – 1 goal, 1 assist
Raiven Ignacio (PAR) – 3 assists
Tyler Tokarcik (PAR) – 1 goal

Parma earned 5 round robin tournament points with the win. The Redmen have earned 15 total points and have a clinched a spot in Saturday’s championship game at 8:30pm against Amherst.
