I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Steve Pajk. I am thrilled at the opportunity to cover HS Football for the 2016 season. I am looking forward to covering the sport I love and am anxious to cover it through a former players perspective.
I played HS football at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School from 1992-1996 and played both OT/DE at Brecksville, earning honorable mention all-conference my senior year.
I was also a heavyweight wrestler from 1993-1996, earning honorable mention all-conference as well as being named to the Greater Cleveland East -West All-Star Wrestling Match. I continued my athletic year participating in both shot put and discus from 1992-1996.
After high school, I went to Kent State University and wrestled heavyweight in 1997-98.
I graduated from Kent in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Criminal Justice. I currently resident in Parma, Ohio with my wife of 8 years, Jessica, and my two sons, Christopher, 6, and Nicholas 1 1/2. We also have three dogs, Pembroke Welsh Corgis Obi, 14, Buster, 5, and Smokey, 10 months.
