After the match, Berkshire’s senior captain Owen Zaumeyer, talked about the victory and the team’s chemistry and cohesion.

“As a team, lifting each other up and telling each other it’s fine, just get it out of your head was a big factor (in our success today),” said Zaumeyer. “It obviously showed in the Baker’s. I couldn’t be more thankful to be the captain for these guys. I was on the soccer field with most of them and it’s great to be in a bowling alley with them. It’s just a great group of guys that I get to lead and I am very proud of what we all did today.”

Added freshman bowler Ethan Miller, “I am glad we broke the Berkshire record for Baker games.”

In the bowling match against Willoughby South, Berkshire was led by Ryan Kessinger, Noah Valentino and Mario Romagni.

Kessinger threw Berkshire’s high game for the match as he rolled a 236 which was three pins away from the school record.

Also, Noah Valentino rolled games of 200 and 194 for a 394 series while Mario Romagni threw a 209 and 166 for a 375 series.

Leading Willoughby South was Kaleb Woodring who rolled a 190 and Greyson Coyne who had a 174.
