WWE Roadblock Preview and Predictions

WWE Roadblock will take place Sunday night from Pittsburgh PA.  It is the final WWE Network PPV of the 2016 Calendar year and is shaping up to be a good one.

Let us break down the night of action ahead.

 

Match – Big Cass vs Rusev

Prediction – I believe the WWE will continue to push the re-surging Rusev.  They don’t seem to let Enzo & Cass win because they are so extremely over with the fans that they feel they don’t “need” the wins just yet.

 

Match – The New Day vs Cesaro & Sheamus

Prediction  The New Day broke the longest reign record on Monday night, that typically means a loss in their next pay per view match.  I would be surprised if it was to Cesaro and Sheamus however as they are exactly a tag team.  Or are they?  I see the New Day hanging on just a little longer.

 

Match – Sami Zayn vs Braun Strowman

Prediction – Strowman runs through him like a hot knife through butter.  I’m not sure of the point of this match what so ever.

 

Match – Rich Swan vs The Brian Kendrick vs TJ Perkins

Prediction – There is no way in hell Perkins wins this match, if so, the division is a total joke and will continue to fail worse than it already has.  I see Rich Swan doing what it takes to retain.

Match – Sasha Banks vs Charlotte Flair in an Iron Woman Match for the Womens Title

Prediction – A draw, as the WWE does everything possible to get continue to get this feud over big.  They will tie here, setting up the biggest rematch possible at the Alamo Dome at the Royal Rumble. 

 

Match – Chris Jericho vs Seth Rollins

Prediction – Jericho is red hot as of late with fan reaction, and the rumors are rampant of a HHH return to set up the Rollins feud.  It happens at Roadblock as HHH returns to help Jericho win and set up feud with Rollins.

The Main event is WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens vs U.S. Champion Roman Reigns

This should actually be a great match and I’m not very sure who will win to be honest with everyone.  The smart money is on Owens continuing his reign as it seems as though they are setting up a title match at the Rumble with Jericho.
