WWE Releases WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore

The WWE has released their WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore on Tuesday, multiple reports confirm.

Amore, whose real name is Eric Arndt, was suspended by the company on Monday evening following sexual assault allegations that go back to October of 2017. According to the woman’s report, Amore and his two accomplices got her in an unstable state before Amore allegedly raped the woman in a Phoenix hotel room.

Amore was set for a WWE Cruiserweight Championship match against Cedric Alexander. The company has yet to issue a statement on will come about of the WWE Cruiserweight Title.
