Money in the Bank 2016 will take place on June 19, 2016 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
It is an interesting card up and down, with some matches that make sense and are intriguing, and some that don’t.
Let’s break them down!
Dolph Ziggler vs Baron Corbin
For the third straight pay per view this one is demoted to the pre-show. I think this sets up perfectly for a Corbin win and then the beginning of a Ziggler heel turn.
Apollo Crews vs Sheamus
Crews was a star in the indy circuit for a long time because his game has so many strengths to it, and he is flat out entertaining. Sheamus has lost all steam since being on the winning end of a the Wrestlemania team. He needs this win, but will not get it. Pick Crews.
New Day vs The Club vs The Vaudevillains vs Enzo & Cass
I really enjoy both NXT tag teams, The Vaudevillians as well as Enzo & Cass. I think they both have a bright future in the WWE. But, this match is leaning towards the Club to win, and the end The New Day to be split up with the impending draft. Hope I’m wrong, but don’t see it.
United States Champion Rusev vs Titus O’Neil
I don’t understand how O’Neil even got this shot, other than the fact that McMahon felt bad about suspending him? Either way, he has no chance as O’Neil simply can’t get over, and the monster will put him away with ease!
Charlotte and Dana Brooke vs Natalya and Becky Lynch
The Womens division was red hot after Wrestlemania. This match will officially kill all that momentum and goodwill. Maybe Paige can save it?
John Cena vs AJ Styles
This match has every chance to steal the show as the crowd will be behind it strongly. Cena will win, but not without a post fight beat down by the Club. The beating will take place until Cena is saved by…………………….. RANDY ORTON!
MITB LADDER MATCH
Alberto Del Rio and Chris Jericho have no chance to win this match. Sami Zayn should be selling hot dogs in the stands which leads me to believe it is down between Cesaro, Owens and Ambrose. WWE loves the Shield, the smart money is on Ambrose.
WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins
The plan for the long Reigns title reign will continue, and the seeds for a Rollins face turn and Summerslam match with HHH will be planted.
