1. Owen Hart vs Bret Hart at WrestleMania X
In my opinion it’s not even a debate which opening match is the best in history of WrestleMania. The brother Vs Brother match up was on full display, Owen trying to step out the shadow of the excellence of execution Bret Hart. Just like in the Mysterio and Gurrero match the chemistry between the two was incredible besides the fact that Owen and Bret are actually brothers. The match was back and forth from beginning to end, with Bret and Owen getting times to show off while the other was taking a beating. The ending sequence was beautiful counter after counter ending in Owen stopping Bret’s victory roll attempt to finally show his brother that he wasn’t the runt of the litter any more.
