Preview: Indians Look to Take Weekend Series Against Royals with Kluber on the Mound

1. Kluber Day

The Indians ace is back on the hill, coming off his second loss of the season on Tuesday, as he fell in a 3-2 decision to the Brewers in Milwaukee.

Both of Kluber’s losses in 2018 have been low scoring one-run games, losing on opening night against the Mariners and Felix Hernandez 2-1, and then last week falling 3-2 to the Brew Crew.

Kluber has been solid against the Royals in his career, going 9-6 with a 2.98 ERA in 20 starts. The key seems to be for the offense to provide him with four or more runs, as it’s always a sure fire way to getting a win.
