Preview: Indians and White Sox Wrap Up Season Series Tonight in Chicago

3. The Final Meeting

The Indians and White Sox meet for the final time in 2018 tonight, and needless to say the Indians have dominated the season series between the two AL teams, with the Tribe winning 13 of 18 games.

Shane Bieber, who is the starter for tonight’s finale, lost maybe the most well played game between the two teams, with the Sox beating the Indians 1-0 back on August 10th.

Beiber allowed three hits and no runs in 6.2 innings that night, but the Sox won the game in the 9th on a solo homer by Daniel Palka, who hit a round-tripper off Neil Ramirez.

Chicago has another long offseason ahead as they look to rebuild, while the Indians have bigger fish to fry after this weekend.
