PREVIEW: Cavs take on Bucks Monday night to begin 3-game homestand

3. Winning the season series

The Cavs are 2-1 against Milwaukee this season as they wrap up the series tonight. The Bucks are currently three games back on the Cavs, and currently sit at seventh place in the Eastern Conference. Since the Cavs are third, it’s unlikely that the Bucks could catch them, but stranger things have happened. Getting their third win against them this season would give the Cavs the tiebreaker and more cushion in the event that seeding does come into play.
