Preview: Can the Indians Solve the Edwin Jackson Puzzle with Kluber on the Mound Against the A’s?

2. Jackson Looks for a Repeat

Don’t fall asleep today on A’s starter Edwin Jackson, as he’s dominated the Indians in his career, going 10-1 against them including being the last pitcher to score a win against them last week.

Jackson is on his 13th MLB club, tying a record, but looked steady and in control as he went 6.2 innings, allowing two runs on two hits with no walks in the A’s 7-2 win over the Tribe on June 30th.

The A’s have to be happy on the shot they have taken on Jackson thus far, two starts in he’s thrown two quality starts. He will need a third today in what could be a fun pitching matchup against Kluber.
