Last night was a great night for UFC fans all around the world. As mentioned in preview, there were three big fights on the main card and they surely didn’t disappoint.
Roy Nelson battled his friend Antonio Bigfoot Silva. In the first round, the two men had a feeling out process, where Nelson threw the signature heavy hands and Bigfoot threw kicks looking to chop down Big Country. The second round was the all Nelson. Nelson threw a nasty punch that connected and then capitalized on the ground, defeating Bigfoot by Knockout. Big Country wanted to address the people that he was still one of the better heavyweights in the division and he certainly did.
Renan Barao handled Phillipe Nover in a very balanced attack. All I can say is, don’t let Barao heat up in the Featherweight division or it could be trouble.
Cyborg handled her business, as Lansberg battled hard but Cyborg was way too overpowering. Who does Cyborg want next? At this point, she will fight anyone.
