Report: CM Punk to Make UFC Debut in Cleveland at UFC 203 in September

The city of Cleveland has their first UFC Heavyweight Champion in Stipe Miocic, and the same night he defends his title in front of his hometown crowd, a former WWE star may be making his debut in the octagon.

CM Punk (real name Phil Brooks), the former WWE Heavyweight Champion who left the company in a dispute before WrestleMania XXX two years ago, has been working hard to make a transition to MMA fighting, and his first bout with the UFC could be in Northeast Ohio.

There’s been tons of banter about when Punk would fight his first UFC contest, but it appears we have our answer. No word on who he will take on for his debut match.
