Which Ohio Sportsbooks Will Have The Best Cleveland Browns Odds?

Ohio sports betting is slated to launch by the Jan. 1 deadline, and bettors will be lining up to get action on the hometown Cleveland Browns.

When gambling platforms and Ohio sports betting bonus offers are live, the NFL, and the Browns, in particular, are sure to draw heavy attention in the state. It will be key for bettors to know which sportsbooks will give them the best opportunities to potentially win cash, especially on their local team.

So which Ohio sportsbooks will provide the best odds on the Cleveland Browns?

DraftKings

Bettors will want the best odds possible on the Browns and the NFL as a whole when Ohio sports betting apps launch, and they shouldn’t be disappointed with DraftKings.

DraftKings supplies high-class odds on not only the NFL but all of the major sports, including basketball, baseball, and more. Bettors can rest assured knowing that whenever the Browns play, DraftKings will have their back with some of the best odds around, which is especially good news for fans of the team.

The DraftKings Sportsbook app is also very easy to download. All users have to do is find it on either the App or Google Play, depending on the device they use, and choose to download it. Then, they can complete the necessary steps to create an account and make their initial deposit before beginning to place wagers with the platform.

And there are plenty of other reasons for bettors to choose DraftKings. The app provides plenty of features like continuous promotions and live betting, making the experience all the better for users as they fill out their bet slips.

BetMGM

There’s a reason BetMGM is dubbed “the king of sportsbooks.”

It’s one of the top betting platforms, and with strong odds on the Browns, the NFL, and multiple other sports, plus tons of in-app features and a generous bonus offer, BetMGM is sure to attract Ohio bettors once sports gambling goes live in the state.

BetMGM provides some of the best odds around for the NFL, one of the top draws for any sportsbook. So whether the Browns are taking on AFC North foes like the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, or even non-divisional opponents, BetMGM usually comes through with top odds for bettors hungry for action.

Plus, BetMGM supplies a special offer to new users that could be useful to Ohio sports bettors. The platform allows users a $1,000 risk-free bet, meaning that if their first bet isn’t a winner, they will have the wager amount refunded in free bets up to $1,000.

Of all of the promotions and offers sportsbooks put out there, this is a particularly notable one. The offer, mixed with BetMGM’s top-tier odds and the online sportsbook’s features like one-game parlays and live streaming, will make it hard for Ohio bettors to turn down BetMGM when it’s available in the Buckeye State.

Future murky for Browns

As bettors weigh the future prospects of the Browns, they are analyzing one of the NFL’s most polarizing and drama-filled teams.

At the center of any story regarding the Browns is Deshaun Watson. Cleveland recently signed the former Houston Texans quarterback to a five-year, $230 million contract despite numerous accusations against him of sexual misconduct and even sexual assault.

Two grand juries declined to indict Watson, but the NFL itself is investigating the matter and could impose discipline on the Browns’ new quarterback, maybe even sooner rather than later.

“We should know what their position is initially sometime in June, and then everybody will figure out if there’s going to be a hearing about it or can people work things out, or whatever,” Watson’s lawyer, Rusty Hardin, told cleveland.com.

“The only thing that’s certain is that they want to try to get everything done this summer — and earlier than later in the summer. Past that, we don’t really have any firm dates or possibilities.”

Watson has proven himself as an elite quarterback in the league, and that’s surely what the Browns saw in him when signing him to the deal. However, the allegations against him are serious, and his standing is very much up in the air, so there’s no way to foretell what the future holds for him and his new team.

Cleveland still has Baker Mayfield on its roster, and while he could get on the field again if Watson is ineligible, there’s still a chance he could be traded. Whatever happens will not only affect the odds for the Browns, but also the team’s future for potentially years to come.
