The show kicks off with Roman Reigns cutting a promo on Braun Strowman until the big man shows up, beats the heck out of Reigns and sends him away in an ambulance.
It is clear these two will now meet in a “ambulance match” once again at Great Balls of Fire. Everytime they hook up, the damage is severe, and as of late it has been Strowman getting the better of it.
While it almost seems as though it will be a forgone conclusion that Reigns will get his final revenge on Strowman at Great Balls of Fire, then challenge Lesnar for the title at SummerSlam, I’m not real sure it’s the forgone conclusion some of us think it may be.
I have a sneaky feeling that the WWE creative may stay the course, and have Strowman challenge Lesnar at Summerslam and keep the belt on him until Mania when Reigns goes over yet again to close the show of shows. Time will tell…
Elias Samson, Sheamus & Cesaro vs The Hardy Boyz & Finn Balor
It is clear to anyone paying honest attention, Finn Balor is the most over Superstar on the Raw roster. A dream rematch at SummerSlam between him and Rollins needs to happen, it won’t, but should! They are by far the two best performers on the show!
In other news, Samson is a budding superstar as this gimmick is working, and working well!
